Daniel the head assessor is a soft spoken guy who also is short on patience..its as if you are interrupting them and how dare you....so much for being public servants.. what joke. . You must cater to them, otherwise you will get no where.

Rude would be an understatement for these people. They are government employees and they don't have to treat you with any sort of decency or respect, and they are quick in their bad attitude to let you know it. There is apparently an older lady that answers the phone, and she can't multitask at all. She basically tells you to shut up if she is busy with another task.
