I couldn't be more disappointed in your (lack of) customer service. I have been a loyal customer for well over 5 years. My husband and I both have accounts with you. Today I took my son in with 2 checks he received for his high school graduation. They were drawn on a bank exclusive to the northwest. I asked that we be able to deposit in my account and even have the wait time for them to clear. I was told unequivocally NO since my son was 18. This is not my first dealing with rude bankers, poor customer service, and "policies" that are bent and relaxed for some, but not others. Let me also add that a friend of mine had the exact same situation.... Son is even 18... And this SAME branch went ahead and "made an exception" for them. The only difference? My friend's son was cashing $590 worth of checks.... My son had 2 totaling $280. Needless to say, my husband and I will be switching banks asap! Couldn't possibly be more disgusted and disappointed. Ashamed that I have ever bothered to defend you to the multitudes of people who trash talk you!
