Enterprise is one of the most accommodating and welcoming car rental counters. The staff are friendly and patient. John (GP) didn't have a full size car left for me so he called ahead to the next Enterprise location (north) and reserved me a more substantial car for my long drive. Due to the weather, he got me into an AWD which was MUCH appreciated. Thanks John.
I have mixed emotions about this place. There motto , commercials, states will pick you up, right? I rented online, called next morning to local make sure my ride would be here before my rental time, they told me that they can't do this from that location anylonger, they told me I could keep the reservation but would have to wait until someone could pick me up. I called the main enterprise and asked them what is there radius of picking up customers, they said it is 10 to 12 miles, well I live 7.8 miles from that business. I am disappointed. I have been a customer for quite few years. I have problems with my back and the bus system was not my option, I figured I could visit family and get a months worth of shopping done before I returned it. The people working there are nice but are not organized together on what was going on with me and rental, one person said bring back before 5:30, another told me 3:30 then told me 5. Smh.
Get your stuff together! Enterprise.

Fantastic customer service! When my reservation was made we made a mistake on our end requesting a car to picked up from the wrong location. I went to where I usually pick up my car and John took care of it easily, no problem, no delay. He got me in a great car and we had a wonderful trip!
Very friendly and efficient. Our car was ready when we got there and someone came right out to greet is when we returned the car. Highly recommend them.
