I use to think this was a great place to go until I got released from them. One complaint and they fired me. And it was thier mistake. Less than 24 hours after the complaint I got notice I was no longer with my doctor. I have always wondered if he was even told. Do not complain or you will have no doctor.
I am less than impressed with their customer service. My significant other has been twice, told them that he needed to establish care and that he needed blood work. He knew what his issue was and was confirmed with the follow up appointment after blood work was taken. The Dr. stated he would never prescribe what medicine he needed because he didn't believe it worked. Upon talking with friends that had the same issue they told him to see another Dr. in the office who was more open and listened to his patients. When he called to schedule with another Dr. within the same practice he was told very rudely by Lucy that they don't do that and he should find somewhere else to go.

Excellent. This is THE clinic to establish with in GP. I finally found a clinic that I will stick with in the area. They go the extra mile for their patients. I am very impressed, in fact, my experience there has been extraordinary.
