After applying for a personal loan and being turned down by my bank for insufficient credit history. I was directed to United Finance as an alternative lender. I was extremely embarrassed, and a little apprehensive knowing that there was another chance of being turned down and tossed aside with the many of Americans who have no/poor credit. The moment I walked through the door I was welcomed with a friendly, warm and inviting greeting. Not common at any bank or credit union I am used to. It seemed to relieve some of my apprehension and made me feel a little less tense. I had applied for a small installment loan taking what I could get to establish some sort of installment rapport on my credit report. I had been anticipating a big fat NO, to my surprise they had almost instantaneously approved my request and wanted to go over the terms and conditions with me regarding the secured loan! They where very informative and answered all my petty lending questions. I left with a clear understanding and a confidence I did not enter initially with. I had finished my due diligence, because of them I got to drive away in an extremely attractive JEEP YJ, as I was building an important fundamental toward my credit future! After my new toy had been paid off, I had another spontaneous need which the Grants Pass United Finance office happily satisfied ! I decided to take my business back to them because I consistently get the same feeling walking through those doors with the same warm greeting and smiling faces! The atmosphere is relaxed and the energy is so positive. It's hard to stay away from this crew of people ! I almost look forward to calling in my payment, knowing I will get the opportunity to catch up with Megan or JC ! They have a niche for hiring a well rounded staff that I can clearly tell work as a team , when my go to gal Megan isn't available, my requests are passed to another associate who is always informed of my need or situation ! Thank you Grants Pass United Finance for helping me pave the road to my credit worthiness! I would recommend this institution to anyone!
First I would like to say that United Finance is a great company that gives those who have not so great credit a second chance. The team they have are very professional but friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
I have been purchasing my car through this company for the last year and a half and am happy with the customer service they provide. I'm not afraid to call and ask them how to navigate through refinancing or other questions that can often leave you feeling uneducated in things concerning credit and loans. They've never made me feel anything but welcome weather it be asking questions or just to pay on my loan.
We have had two loans through United Finance and both times have gone amazing. They are always friendly and helpful while keeping it professional. When we get other loans we are definitely staying with them.
