The customer service is fantastic!! I've been shopping at Fred Meyers for a decade here in Grants Pass, and the staff always go above and beyond to ensure that I get the best deals, returns are very easy, staff are personable and very helpful. There have been many times where I check out with my items and the sale price is not deducted, all I have to do is tell them and they change the price right then and there without question or having to call anyone to verify!! They also have an amazing selection of Organic and natural foods.
Wonderful variety store with great atmosphere. Many household and other items to select from at great prices! Wonderful organic produce and food selection at great prices. Love this store!!!
Freddy's does a good job of providing a one stop shopping experience. It's friendly and helpful staff make the experience pleasant and you really feel the home town feeling. The only drawback is that they are replacing many name brand products with the Kroger brand which cost less, but is not as good. I'm willing to pay a little more to maintain the experience and still have the same quality found in name brand products.
We get the organic produce and some other products for our restaurant, Cultured Palate, here. They go above and beyond to help. Love the men and women of the produce and nutrition department!
Freddy's is always my first choice for shopping. It is clean and allows for ease of movement. The scooters are well maintained and there are plenty of them. I especially like the Kroger products! For the most part the prices are competitive. Somehow I miss sales on meat, but that may be my fault. Always buy my gas from Freddy's...and my car runs well.
