I went in for a relaxer to make my hair straight. Stephanie sold me on getting the Brazilian blowout so we tried it and my hair was still wavy after washing it a couple of days later. I went in again and she wanted to fix it by doing a relaxer which at first she told me it would damage my hair. So she did the relaxer on my hair. When I left my hair felt dirty and my scalp was peeling I'm assuming because the chemicals. Anyways 4 days later I washed my hair and used the products and did everything as she instructed me to do to get the hair straight. I brushed and blow dried it and it still did not come out straight. I talked to her once again about it to get a refund and she said she doesn't do refunds. Was there a sign up saying no refunds? Anyway to say the least I am very upset with the way my hair came out.. Not STRAIGHT as she said it would be. And I asked her several times throughout the process of it was going to be straight and she assured me that it would be. I am very upset it doesn't seem like a lot of money to some people but to my family of 3 it is. I never spend that kind of $$ on myself and the one time I do I don't get what I paid for. I just had a baby 2.5 months ago and I haven't had the best self esteem so I thought it would be a good thing to do for myself. Instead I don't get what I paid for and I could have spent that money on something else like for the baby or to do something else for myself like my nails etc. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Stephanie and I will not be getting my hair done by her again.
I had Sandy do my nails the other day and she was really nice and friendly but my nails are pretty lumpy and the color she helped me pick out doesn't look good in sun light.
Best atmosphere of any nail salon I've ever been to. I've only had my nails done here, so I can't speak to the quality of hair designers. Rory was lovely and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Also adore the gel manicure.

This place is absolutely amazing. Lea did me and my best friends hair and it was amazing. I love how much of a positive attitude she has and she made us feel comfortable while doing our hair. Would recommend to anyone.
