Very poor under educated staff Linda and Shelly are basically worthless I went in with a issue about someone who could be a threat to children and she didn't even want to hear what I had to say unfortunately thats her job.it would be in there best interest to get rid of stupid and hire someone that wants to protect people and their not the best person for the job.
Go into the community the first chance you get to find a therapy or RX provider. When looking at Options, look away for other options in the community for talk therapy and RX if possible. Avoid this black hole that sucked time away from me with little results.

This organization nearly holds the monopoly for care for ohp recipients. An Options monopoly seems to provide little options for those who are suffering. Patients can only switch talk therapy and RX providers once which is counterintuitive when attempting to locate a competent provider- just to find it is just more and more garbage and in in turn, get stuck with someone mediocre.
When trying to find competent mental health clinicians - you might as well go to the dump where you will find more options than Options can offer. Staff broke basic therapy boundries in therapy sessions, have extremely nerrow and miss applied treatment theories. Some clinitions have credentials from organizations that would garner a laugh. Medical RX unit seems a little more knowledageable but there you find arrogance and condesension to patients from clinicans.
