Kenny has been so helpful with my move across country and helping with the insurance issues I needed resolved for my new place and car. He is friendly and easy to talk with and makes you feel welcomed to the Allstate family even from across the country. Thanks Kenny for helping to make my move to Oregon smoother then what I was anticipating and for being available to answer all my questions.
Each time I have talked to representative in this office the action (such as adding a car to a policy, sending temporary insurance cards) is not taken. On top of that when I called for a quote they called me four times a day. As soon as I get my insurance moved I will be blocking their number. Not professional. Horrible Service.
