Broken lock cylinder on the ignition of my van. They had me in and out in 20 minutes! Would highly recommend!

The men working were extremely busy were still polite, professional and nice had me out in a timely fashion.
THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE "KEYMAN" (NOT EVEN IN A FRIENDLY VOICE).... THEN DIDN'T SAY A WORD ALL THREE TIMES I CALLED THEM. I EXPLAINED MY EXACT SITUATION AND WAS QUOTED 2 DIFFERENT PRICES. I GAVE THE REPRESENTATIVE THE INFO FROM THE DEALERSHIP TO CUT A NEW KEY FOR MY HONDA AND HE WROTE IT DOWN WRONG, AFTER I OFFERED TO FAX HIM THE PAPER WORK FROM HONDA. I THEN GOT A CALL SAYING WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA $40 BECAUSE THE KEY CODE DIDN'T MATCH AND WE HAD TO DO EXTRA WORK. WELL IF YOU TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER YOU COULD OF SAVED YOURSELF SOME WORK. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND "KEYMAN" TO ANYONE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO TO THE DEALER OR BEARCREEK LOCK THEY ONLY CHARGED $20 MORE THAN "KEYMAN" AND DON'T GIVE YOU THE FEELING OF NOT APPRECIATING YOUR BUSINESS.
