The Lady Manager at this location is terrific!! She bends over backwards to help you get what you need and save you money.
The location is older than some but extremely clean and well kept.
Friendly and helpful from the start, when I called ABC, Angela (I think i recall) told me to call back the next day, she thinks somebody may be moving out that evening, she'll hold it for me if I'm serious. Sure enough, I got it next day. And they were always that helpful, or just friendly (office is after gate on the way in and they wave, friendly like, not who-the-heck-are-you way - and I was moving stuff with my crappy beater van). When I closed out the account and returned the lock I'd forgotten one of the keys in my other car (that I'd used to pick something up once). She gave me my full refund and said "drop it by when you can in the next few days". I did.

The only reason I didn't call ABC first was I thought they'd be more expensive being right in town in a residential area but nope, no more money (though that just means all the storage places are conspiring with identical prices, though there was a law against that).
Verna was a great Manager and a friend; I will miss her.
Very, very difficult to find storage in Grants Pass. I got lucky even getting a small unit here. ABC is gated, clean, dry, and the doors open and close easy enough. I used it for 3-4 months. When I was trying to find a place with something open I stopped by and called a dozen places only to be told they don't have anything, have no idea when anything will be available.
I agree with the other review, the Manager at this location is terrific and she does bend over backwards to help you in every way possible.
