Rude lady ! It is clear that most postal employees hate their job ! There is no "go the extra mile" in anyway shape or form. To bad Tim (Postmaster in Merlin ) couldn't run this dog and pony show in Josephine County. UGH!!
C'mon people... do the job that you're committing to do when you accept the delivery contract. This needs to get fixed! If you don't want to do the delivery then don't accept the contract! (And find yourself a job where you'll be happy.)
worst experience.............EVER!!!! I had been given a tracking number with my package, fine and dandy. Watched the package go from alabama to Eugene. perfectly fine. then it leaves Eugene, at 11 am and it didnt arrive until almost midnight that last night(8-11-17). goes out for deliver at 8am this morning. at 2:30pm it was returned to postal office because the driver could not gain access to my apartment complex...... D st down town by the Vietnamese restaurant since early this morning from a power outage, has been blocked off all day. Im sorry is there not another road they can take? seems like a lazy driver. this is not the only issue i have with usps. but this annoys me more than most days.
They also have the fax listed as the first number on google. Ugh
They flat out refuse to attempt delivery, then lie about it to the shipper saying "Delivery attempted".
2 out of 2 times i didn't get my package untill 4 days after it had already arrived at the office simply because the delivery driver didn't leave a stupid peice of paper on my doorstep. The lady at the pick up window is lazy and dosent wanna look for it simply cuz the driver didnt do his job. Worst postal service in town. I will literally pay to never have to go through usps again.
I would give zero stars if I could. I called to put an end to an inquiry and they let the phone ring for 3 separate calls and then picked it up and hung up. When they finally did answer they were so rude and said they really did not care they were at lunch. Super terrible crappy service skip this USPS if you can. Grants Pass should be embarrassed.
This has been going on for years. I've spoken to the local postmaster and she says to "fill out this paperwork" and we'll deliver. I did... they didn't!
