If you were thinking of listing your home with them or buying a house that they have listed, use extreme caution! Their agent, Alex Dabich, listed a house as three bedrooms, but a home inspection found it to only have two habitable bedrooms. Now I'm out the $400 cost of the home inspection. I would have never looked at the home if it had been listed correctly. I thought agents were obligated by ethics and the law to list homes correctly, but not at Kendon Leet I guess. Do yourself a favor and avoid them unless you are prepared to lose money off a fraudulent listing. I will be reporting this agency and agent to the Oregon Relestate Agency for misrepresenting this house.

Lydia Weatherwax is a great realtor! I will send all friends and family her way. If you are new to the area, or searching on google for a realtor, she is sweet and goes the distance for clients.
