Team member who took my order showed me a better way to order my things Sabi g me 1.00. He was polite and knowledgeable. The food came timely and was very good.
This sonic is very slow service! Last night's wait time was 20 min. Two of the three burgers ordered were wrong, but did not notice till we got home. Food tasted like it had been sitting there for days. On a good note the drinks and shakes are amazing. This place used to be awesome but has gone down hill.
I've been to a lot of sonic locations all over the united states this is by far the worse one. Staff acts like you are on their time etc, simply put there is zero management going on here.
Easy peasy! Our truck wouldn't fit in the parking stalls so we just parked where we could and I used the walk up screen and waited at the tables outside. Order went quick and was back on the road in no time. It does take longer than other fast food places but that's because they make it to order so it's fresh. And that's ok with me.
So far so good! Every time we come through though, they seem to always have new employees working could explain slower service every now and then.
