This park has a great view if you get a river spot. However, with that said the rest of the park (including the river spots) are very dark. The RV pads are cracked and uneven and they say they offer WiFi but you will never be able to connect. There is no designated pet area and limited overflow parking. There also seems to be a lot of full timers. Definitely not worth the rates they are charging.
Right on the river. Cute art made by original owner. Bathrooms etc very clean. Gentelman running is adorable and very helpful and kind. He is the only manager/worker who has ever helped guild us into our spot. Spots are fine. Sure few cracks in pavemnet, but its still pavement, didn't need any levelers. Was it a luxurious resort w all the frills...no, but clean, friendly, close to town, i would totally stay again.
Very nice campground! As we arrived, the campground manager, Roger, came out to greet us. He really made us feel welcome and gave us a grassy site to pitch our tents. We bought ice, borrowed plastic cups, and made drinks and sat at the edge of the river running by the camp. Wonderful experience. Thank you Roger!
I have been here twice now and really like it. Management and Camp Host are friendly and take good care of the place. My last stay was in the Autumn and the fall colors were amazing, that and the river made for a lovely picturesque environment. Between Grants Pass, Jacksonville and Medford you are a short distance to whatever you need! I would definitely stay here again.
Really lovely small park. Friendly hosts. Strict rules keep the place clean and beautiful. Not the best spot for actual swimming, but there is easy access to sit by the river and wade a bit. Clean and nice showers and laundry. No store.
