Been doing business with Gates for over 10 years. The quality of their furniture and the ppl that work there make the buying experience fun! They back up all the warranties and listen to any concerns regarding your furniture purchases. The sales ppl are very good interior decorators and i highly value their opinions! They make 'house calls' too! Also, if you need a certain type/style of article, they'll find it, or in my case, had it made! (a beautiful computer hutch!) Wouldn't shop anywhere else...the sales are worth waiting for too!
