Buyer beware! We purchased a used washer that lasted 4 months. We paid way too much! We should have gone to home depot or sears...If faced with the option of waiting or going local with this company, we should have gone with home depot or sears. The wait would have been worth it....4 reviews that are all bad says something. ...we should have read the reviews. ...and we are likely the small few that write in. Grants Pass is way too small to sell bad products!! Shame on you!!
Had a great experience replacing our old dryer. Service was genuine and the price was very affordable. They removed my old one and even doubled back for delivery since I was unavailable. A+ service from a local business, doesn't get better than that.

Just a heads up to buying a refrigerator and making sure THEY know which way you want the doors to open BEFORE they deliver and install the refrigerator because if you don't tell them at the time of ordering it then it will cost you another service call for them to change the doors to open the right direction. The installers can't even see for themselves that the doors need to open toward the kitchen NOT into the laundry room. This is a very bad business trick to get more money. Shame on Household Furniture & Appliances.
