Bought a part for washing machine (water valve) and they took time to make sure it would work, and even found a cheaper part (half the price) that would do just as well (identical to me). Also gave good recommendation for finding other parts I needed for another project that they didn't carry and another for great selection of wiring (both local independent businesses). I could have got the original part on ebay for a few dollars less but wouldn't have got all that extra help. It's what a local business is supposed to be.
Locally owned the store takes great care of the people of Grants Pass and I've been buying from them for 20 years and probably wouldn't go anywhere else.
I just bought a stacking washer and dryer here on the high recommendation of our local hardware store. The price was the lowest that I found anywhere and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The delivery staff was especially knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'll be back.
