Stephanie was very polite on the phone when I made the appointment for a tech to come check my stove. Justin was on time and very polite and professional. He was friendly and told my husband how much he appreciated our business and if we have any problems, give him a call back. I previously bought a washer and dryer from T and N and they work great! Justin fixed the burners very quickly and made sure we understood what was wrong with them. I will continue to purchase appliances and get repairs done at T and N and also will recommend them to my friends.
Best ever I've dealt with. On time and took 3 seconds to diagnose the problem and 10 minutes to fix it. Very nice young man, well groomed, polite, sorry I didn't get his name but said his Grandpa was the owner. Family business. Fair price.
My fridge quit working and I wasn't sure who to call. Got online and found T&N's site. After reading the reviews I figured I'd give them a try. I wasn't disappointed!

Just newly moving into the area we called on T&N Appliance for a washer repair and Service Tech Justin fixed within a matter of minutes! On-Time, fast, friendly, and efficient. I was concerned this repair was going to "BREAK THE BUDGET!" It didn't! Very fair and reasonable pricing. 3 days later our refrigerator failed to cool and freezer not working, contacted them again,same experience, "Responsive, On-Time, fast, friendly and efficient! Repair again reasonable. Justin will ALWAYS BE OUR GO TO GUY when it comes to appliance repairs. Can't say enough about T&N Appliance/Justin other than "THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH!" Justin showed up right on time. Super friendly and professional. After working for some time he discovered the problem. Although my fridge was beyond repair, he didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need or give me the run around. Straight forward and honest!
