We stopped by their physical location hoping that there would be a retail store. There was not. :-( But... they did give my daughter and I a tour of the facility even though it was not normal tour hours. Very friendly people. :-)
Very disappointed with the customer service when I called to inquire as to why my standard order had arrived before express order. The finger of blame was directed at everyone but themselves. It was something that could have been easily fixed by simply giving me a small credit for the difference in shipping and an apology, but that didn't happen. Not sure that I will order from this company again. Which is unfortunate, they have a wonderful selection. I just can't accept the fact they aren't customer friendly when it comes to a complaint.
I ordered beads online on their website and received nothing but cheap ,broken beads. I will never again order from this place. This was a $150 order. Try pandahall..better prices and quality
