Great spot to swim. But you better like rocks because there are a lot of them with no grass to speak of. The jet boats come flying around the bend here creating awesome little waves for the little ones, kids and dogs alike. This is a popular fishing spot as well so watch your 4 legged friends little paws for accidental dropped hooks. All in all very enjoyable.
This is a great place to watch the hydro boat races on Monday Memorial Day. Of course everyone else has the same idea. It's right on Finley Bend. I don't fish, but the Locals are out there with their lines in the water alot. Nice beach along the Rogue River to have a picnic. You have to check it out.
Nice quieter park you can drive right down to the river... has only a porta potty and no picknick tables....
Great view. Restroom available. No garbage. Hellgate boat tour goes by. Nice.
