We had memorial service in this park for my Aunt Pat that passed away. We had a Mexican Restaurant cater for us there.Thank you so much had a great time and excellent experience. We were from out of town. Will do it again anytime.
This was once the premier park of Grants Pass. Now with more and more big public events it is a mecca for the not so savory. Offers a disc golf course that once reined supreme and now relocated pushed to the worst part of the property. It still has the beauty of Nature and a wealth of history. This was a park I enjoyed everyday with a great view, friends, family and fun, now trash, rot and disrespect. Their are lots of more pleasant places to spend time in Josephine County
There are lots of animals that are fun for kids. Just be careful because they get really close and follow you, especially if you have food. You can access the water too. There is a playground, field, picnic tables, and public restrooms. No paper towels or toilet seat covers. It would be nice to have them.
I have lived in GP since 1981 there jas been such a hugh improvement on all the parks. I paved walk ways are such a treat for those of us who are challenged with mobility & need to use a walker or wheelchair. Thank you City of Grants Pass.
I would like to know what the perimeter is could that be posted please. Helen
I like coming to this park end of day as the views of the bridge are extra colorful.
