Great staff at this location. Debbi - always rocks but went out of her way a few weeks go helping me get my mom's high blood pressure meds in. I first came in on a Sunday and Paul (a floater I was told) and the Pharmacist Maurce? really went out of their way. Paul was on the phone what seemed like hours. Then back to Debbi and TJ finished me up , but not until Tuesday. Sunday - Tuesday was super stressful for me, knot knowing the meds. vs insurance and it were not for these staff I don't know what I would have done. Wow... Great job.
I called to transfer a prescription there and the woman was rude, uninvolved, and generally annoyed at doing her own job. She didn't offer to call the pharmacy for the transfer when that is the standard protocol.
The staff at this location are terrific. They listen and are very patient
Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. They said it should only take about 30 min to fill my husband's rx. An hour and a half later I had a screaming 3 Mo. old and a husband almost in tears after having 3 teeth removed. The counter gal says we have to wait for the Dr. for "counsil". Dr. TJ takes her sweet time to get to the counter and then continues to slowly repeat herself and explain the Directions at a snail's pace. I feel she was doing this as she was noticing my annoyment. She was extremely rude. They told us three times that they "were working on It and almost done". I then had to drive an hour home with an engorged chest (needed to pump, my baby can't Bf well). The counter folks were nice but I can't believe it took that long for 28 pills and a bottle of mouthwash. Extremely disappointed.
