Terrible customer service. The cashier acted as though it was such a burden to answer a question and I was the only customer in the store. Other times the cashiers have been so impatient they've bordered on being hostile. They have a decent variety and selection and good prices on sale items sometimes.
Terrible service. I called in an order 2 hours ago and of course they Do not bother to fill it. They told me they did not fill it because of they were to busy filling people who have been waiting patiently in the line and that they did not know when I was coming. They fold me it would be another half an hour before it would b ready. Terrible pharmacy
I like this pharmacy for their cool professional manners. They are not a mom and pops drugstore and I like it that way.
Rite Aid's pharmacy is consistently behind on filling prescriptions, each time I have called in a medication refill, the automated system gives me a time for when it is ready, I go in an hour after that time, and the technician tells me they are still working on yesterdays refills!! I always end up waiting at least 10-20 minutes. I can't speak to the rest of the stores customer service, but I do not recommend the pharmacy.
