The second watch was to be done by the end of November according to a very lenient agreement on my part. Dec 2nd, I picked up my second watch in pieces. Apparently there was a very hard piece to find to repair this watch. Should have been started and done months ago, not an excuse.
I haven't ever published a negative review, but this time it needs to be done. The lack of professionalism was stunning.
Horrible watch service... I chose to go to the professionals and support the small community business instead of our local box stores...Bad idea!...I took my womens Bulova watch in for a simple battery change and when I went back to pick up the owner states he broke the face crystal. He assured me he would replace it and fix it ASAP..Well, its a month later and no word. I have been in to the shop three times only for him to never be there. I've been more than patient including paying for the battery. It's just a shame small business owners don't understand this type of customer service is what forces consumers to larger retailers. Still waiting for my watch in Grants Pass. P.S This is a combined business with coin and jewelry and they are amazing and helpful everytime!
I took in my vintage Patek Philippe, and am very satisfied with the older gentleman that conducted the pair.
He knew the watch only at a glance. It's so hard to find someone that even knows of Patek Philippe.

I brought in my deceased fathers watches in May to have them cleaned and usable for my wedding in November. I was promised them within a few months. Fast forward to a week before my wedding in November. I was able to get one of them after insisting that the owner deliver. Even then my fiancée was forced to wait an hour while he finished it up. The day before the wedding the second hand falls off that watch.
7 months, $150 dollars, one watch still in pieces, both not working, and I still need to find another watch person.
