Putting 5 dozen crickets in a snack size bag is not appropriate...then offering to put them in a paper bag is worse. I kind of expected someone who works in a pet store to be knowledgeable about the items they sell.
I Love this place! It carries the canned food I feed my dogs, the dry food I used to have to order, and all kinds of treats, etc. for cat and dogs. On Saturdays they have nail trimming for $5 per dog. $2 cheaper than the Vets office. They will carry your bag of food to your car for you and they have a punch card that they give you and each purchase goes toward the punch. Then you decide if you want to scratch for savings now or enter into a drawing for cash prize. Just a fun extra game that you can play. Staff is nice and knowledgeable on items and supplies for your animal. Always great service here.
