Decent customer service, knowledgeable employees, though at times you get one or two that seem like they "have better things to do". Overall, not a bad place if you need to get better food for your animals.

When I made the appt for my little furbaby to get groomed I had no idea how wonderful the staff would be the groomer was . that was until I saw that she had CUT my furbaby eye Lodi had told her she has had eyelid surgery and to please be careful .when I picked up my furbaby I didn't notice the cut , but when we got home I saw the blood caked on top of next to her surgery cut she nicked it I will not ever have her groom my furbaby again . I'm so disappointed.
