We deciced to do our own follow up puppy shots at home. It went very well :) no poking all the way thru.
I've been going to this office for years, starting with Dr Cole before he retired, and would never go anywhere else. The office staff is excellent and they've all been there forever - they recognize my voice on the phone. Dr Webster is simply the best vet I've ever worked with, and I've had dogs all my life. He went beyond the extra mile to help our dog Honey; he saved her life. My dog Pepper has had multiple allergies, illnesses and sarcoma cancer. Randy knows him inside and out and always recommends what's best for the dog, not himself. He frequently suggests a lower or no cost treatment. I consider everyone at this office a friend.
Please bless the hands of the vet & assists. as they remove the teeth that have given Pretty Girl so many sores in her mouth. Amen
AFTER SURGERY: He quoted between 500 & 1000 depending on how many he had to remove. It's only $470!!! I took her in at 8:30 and he called at 9:30 when he finished 10 teeth out, front ones still in she's awake and doing great!!! YEAH!!!! THANK YOU FATHER

But I do give them credit, this place was very easy to make an appointment and got us in faster than anywhere in town .
I'm ashamed to say it's gone on for 2 yrs now and I should have done this LONG ago. She is allergic to the enamel on some of her teeth.
What a kind, caring, and compassionate bunch of people! I am not easily moved to tears, however, this office and the staff have managed to do so! A very sweet and loving cat was abandoned by her owners. She has a ping pong ball sized cyst on the side of her face and also a hernia. I started a gofundme account to no avail. In an act of desperation, I sent an email out to every vet that had an email or Facebook account. Dr. Webster was the ONLY one who even bothered to respond.
This was my first time here , my husband and I recently visited this vets office with my new puppy Ellie for a well puppy visit . I was sort of confused that there was carpet in the waiting room , doesn't seem very sanitary. I held my puppy in my arms to keep her from contacting the carpet. we met doctor Joseph (I didnt catch his last name , he's a very tall, thin fellow with a Windows peak and quite shaky hands ...not good at giving shots ! ) in the exam room the table had some old dirty throw carpet with holes in it . I tried to remove it as I felt again this is unsanitary as puppys should be quarantined . I feel like the office should have been cleaner , and the veterinarian should be better at giving shots. He poked all the way through both layers of skin ! :( not a great first experience here for puppy or pup parents.
He is going to take care of the cat for a huge discount. It's very apparent that this kind man is in it because of his love and compassion for animals! What an amazing man! Thank you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are truly a blessing!!!!
I brought my dog to this office based on a referral, and so happy I did. Dr. Webster and his staff provided prompt, knowledgable, caring, effective, compassionate care for a very sick dog. They allowed me to be involved at every step of treatment. Thor is well on his way to recovery, and I have Dr Webster to thank. If possible, I would give a 10-star review.
