Very very kind. First time in and had to let our furbaby take the big sleep. You could tell the vet was being very sensitive to our feelings and gave me time to call family members and went over every other option avaible. Thank you.

Spent many days trying to find a new vet. One that cares for my animal and doesn't gouge my wallet. I could not be happier with Valley Animal Hospital. Everyone, from the front desk, to the Doc herself was very attentive and accomadating. I won't be headed out to All Creatures anymore. I have never been told that I have to call every morning to see if i can get an appointment from a vet I have been going to for years. I don't know what happened at All Creatures, but I'm so very glad I found Dr. Astrid Pulley at Valley Animal Hospital. They have been spot on with their diagnosis. They do only tests that are needed. They have never asked for money up front. Thank goodness for them. Keep up the good job ladies!.
Got an appt the same day that i called. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, uncrowded office. Vet Margaret gave an unhurried visit. Dog was comfortable with whole experience. I would recommend this office highly. Appropriate charges.
