The worker I dealt with was a complete liar. He told me that I could not buy the part I needed any where in a store but he had a distributer that he could order the part from. He ordered the part and charged me $13 over the cost of the part and told me that it would be here tomorrow. When we explained how much we needed the part today, he told us that we could pick it up in Medford at the distributor. Come to find out, anyone can buy part from Ferguson in Medford. He was a liar and crook, I will never go back to Fields, ever.
I have Hazel Eye Photography a business in town. I sent my hubby and our firefighter neighbor to check out lumber to make an inexpensive pergola for me and we are considering building a studio shed. They were extremely rude to them today and the guy there was upset that they were "messing up his lumber." I am absolutely shocked at the treatment they received.
