Paid cash for U haul one way truck rental. That was the wrong thing to do. They say they treat you like FAMILY thank goodness we are not in there FAMILY. Charged our credit card and we signed rental agreement not noticing the credit card charge on the rental form. Three ONE HUNDRED bills received 3 singles back. But they say their cash drawer balanced that night. Easy to say when you do not show a 300.00 Dollar overage and put the cash in your pocket. Rented a total of 3 trucks from them 2 on credit card. The first one was cash. Saw other customers pay cash for products but not too many receipts given out.
