Travel agency - rude
My wife and I had to fly our 21 month old daughter to Houston for sugery & we decided to use Redwood Travel! Big Mistake!!! They did not call when they said they would. They gave us false information about seating and the airline. They promised they would sit us all together and did not fufill that promise. I had to call the airline myself and deal with everything to fix Redwood Travel's mistakes. When the quality of their service was questioned & our dissatisfaction brought up to the owner, she was unapologetic, rude and just uncaring. Will NEVER use them again. Would def. NOT recommend them to anyone.
