Well, I waited a bit before writing this review. Here goes... Chip is a very friendly guy and does seem genuine. The financing was good and quick. Interest rate was a bit high but I have friends that did a lot worse at other places. My wife's credit is not very good so 11% seemed reasonable especially if this helps her credit. However, I would not buy another car here. We only got one key with the car and that key needed to be replaced. We never noticed it because the car was entered and started by them. We asked them to furnish us with a new key but they wanted to "possibly" replace it with one that may or may not have been able to be programmed. So, we went to Mazda and got a new one for 265.00. After what we paid for that car, the owner should have bought us that key. The book value of their cars are all wrong. The Mazda we bought was suppose to have a lot more than it came with. Like a multiple CD player. Who checks if the CD player takes multiple discs. It worked. They said the book value was almost 10,000 or 11,000. The book value is 6900. The next day when we noticed that the car didn't come with anywhere near all the stuff they said it did the response was "well the computer says what the car comes with". Bottom line is, had the owner replaced the key, (265.00) then my review would not be so bad. They were overpaid by alot, least he could have done was get us a key from the dealership. We traded in a car as well. That car is on their lot. It is NOT what they say it is so that convinces me that they new our Mazda was not all they said it was. If you need a car and a loan, they can get it for you. Just do your homework. Again, I would not buy from them again. My mother-in-law was about to go to them but I asked her not to.
pleasant to deal with but I was certainly disappointed when the check engine light went on less than 50 mi after purchase.
