We began with a quick meet and greet since Andrew already knew the truck I was interested in. We went on a test drive but not just a simple drive as my husband's wish was to see the performance of the Dodge Ram going uphill, breaking, accelerating onto a freeway. The road test was done with Andy's suggestion of which streets to take. In the office paperwork was done with speed, accuracy and humor taking the edge off. Love my Ram Truck. Thanks Andy.
A Very comfortable dealership, No "salesperson pressure" to buy. Friendly/knowledgeable/helpful sales staff. ( Gorden and Ray) Ordered 2017 Ram 3500 online, finished up with paperwork at dealership and within minutes left with the agreed price, no surprises or hidden charges, no long wait for finance. Sales had service help with removing bed tool box, and helped place it in the new truck at no charge. They invited our two dogs into the showroom and provided fresh drinking water for them! Great place to do business. Will recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
Travis Cook and Gordon Lewis are well trained pros and did an excellent job with our purchase of a cool Chrysler 300. However, it was the same old car dealership haggle of salesman going back and forth to the sales manager to establish the trade value.This method is so unnecessary. The no haggle method is the best.
