i had a broken/shattered screen on my iPhone 6splus. everywhere that I went to get it repaired was expensive and wanted to keep my phone from 4-7 days, with my job and everything going on I really couldn't do that. when I went to chat cat not only was it the most affordable that I could find but they had fixed my phone in only 2 hours! Outstanding! my phone was fixed and looks brand new and works exactly the way it should, the employees were kind and courteous and extremely helpful. Every time I have gone into Chat Cat, they have been extremely helpful and very friendly! I was in a crisis when my phone unexpectedly "died" for good! The guys there took care of all my concerns with composure and patience. Definitely the only cell phone repair shop I will be visiting in the area from now on.
