Not Good at Pre-Orders. They fail at communicating with customers and notifying them of their orders being ready.
Polite and knowledgeable staff. Actually had everything I needed. Showed me how to save money so we could get more than expected.
Eh.... some employees are great but I prefer the staff at other locations.
I love that they will buy and trade all kinds of games. Their prices are pretty good too. For used Xbox games I paid $11 & $13 for each. Which is way better than $50 for a new one!!
Although they were out of the item I was there to purchase the cashier helped me pick out a different option. The one I did purchase was not was not what I wanted and did not fulfill my needs but I can't fault him for trying.
