The 5 stars is not just the fact she save me $1800 a year. I live close to Verizon so I find myself at their store more often than other Verizon's. Jessica always has me in and out cause Jessica knows I am usually in a hurry to be somewhere.
I received a text from Jessica telling me about a new program with unlimited data. Jessica told me it would save me $150 a month. I run my business cell phones/Ipads through Verizon and we use a lot of data with our sales staff all equipped with Ipads.
I had not been in there for a few months. The fact that Jessica was looking out for me and my business speaks to her loyalty. I wish I could steal her away and hire her as I would in a heartbeat.
I waited to get my next bill to write this review. It was precisely as Jessica said it would be on my bill.
Hours online and hours posted on their door both say they open at 10am on Sunday. we waited for 20 min till someone who worked their showed up and informed us they don't open until 11. They need to update their posted hours so customers know not just the employees. Wasted our time
Stood there for over a half hour and ended up leaving and going to the other Verizon store.
The people who work at this location are all pretty cool. (I didn't meat all of them but they said it's cool if you just want to chill for a bit.) It is certainly true that if everyone is busy you aren't likely to be helped within 5-10 minutes unless someone comes in for something quick and know what they want already. I can personally attest to keeping their time for way longer than expected given my account needed some looking into. It's not perfect but I don't think it ever will be. If you have limited time just leave and try stopping by again or ask to set up an appointment.
