Room was quiet and dog friendly. Never had any issues with noise. Although it is right ny the freeway so you can hear cars driving by but that didn't bother me. Room was clean and staff were nice.
Very nice place, the staff are very personable and professional, and for a big well used motel, it has a very family atmosphere. The breakfast is the best I've ever had while traveling. Everyone, from staff to other patrons we're pleasant and a pleasure to be around
Scratchy sheets, poky springs, no water in the gym. Could not check in until 5pm. Staff was nice. Would not recommend.
We were going on the jet boat trip. I requested perhaps a check in time at 2:30 ( our boarding time was 3:00) We needed to store luggage, coolers and change clothes. I was told not possible. The rooms might not be ready. Check in is 3:00pm.Asked if perhaps a note to maids to clean one of our rooms would be possible Again told "no". At 9:30 that night I notice voice message from a restricted number . It stated it was from Gina the manager and all our rooms had been cancelled. Staff said I was aggressive making these requests. No call back number. Just a cancellation message 8 hours before our departure. Seems a call to me would have been the courteous and professional response. I don't take restricted phone calls. Not a good way to invite tourist to stay at this hotel in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Thus was the best La Quinta Inn I have stayed at. The stayed in the executive suite for the night. It was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have the standard fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean.
