I bought a car about a month back. Was super excited about it till the next day it broke down. They came and picked my car up and "fixed it" and then not even a week later it broke down again. I was sooo frustrated because I work 30 minutes away from my house and was having to get rides. They gave me my trade in back to me and had my car in the shop. Since I have gotten my new car back it has been running great! I was impressed that they were willing to try to fix the car both times, most dealerships would never even try. I love my new car and the family down there is great!
D&D is the only used car lot I will deal with in town. I have used them 3 times now and they have always made my experience a great one. They also have always made sure that the vehicles I have purchased are in good shape and they are always very nice and professional.
For a used car lot and my first time buying on my own this place wiped me tremendously. And when I discovered the back hatch door and window didn't lock they went out of their way to fix the problem and not charge me.I so appreciate their time and efforts. I would do business with them again
My parents bought a Caravan from D&D just about a month ago, and since then it has been in the shop not once, not twice, but over 5 times! Dave was nice to them when they first bought the car but when my dad confronted him about selling a lemon he said BS and that there's nothing he can do. Now with ~$3,000 in repairs later it should be working fine. This place should be put out of business for negligence in inspecting vehicles and for poor business practice.
This old jerk will cheat you and lie to your face. Then once he has your money they won't answer your calls. Recommend walking before buying anything from these scam artists.
