We purchased a 2017 Keystone Hideout and couldn't have had a better experience. The salespeople and management did everything right. We gave them our price range and they hit it out of the park by finding the perfect model to hit every check box on our "must have" list, all while staying within our budget! They even were able to add a weight distributing hitch! The few small issues that the new RV had from the factory were quickly repaired and our delivery day went very smoothly. River City RV went well beyond our expectations and we could not recommend them more!
Awesome experience with this company we were in crescent city our fridge went out and they did not have 1 rv repair shop in that town so we drove back to grants pass we stopped in and asked for help the service manager or ? And the man came out looked at the fridge fixed it immediately and no charge we will always recommend river city rv
