About to bring my 3rd vehicle there!!! That should say it all. Very fair prices, great work and Chip is always willing to explain the problem. And to go a bit further, when the repair I need is pretty simple, he tells me what the actual problem is and tells me I can do it myself! That always saves me money. Ok, Best auto is simply the best in southern Oregon, that's my opinion!!!
Replaced my alternator fast and effictively. They were professional and I actually felt safe leaving my car there. Most mechanics I always feel like I'll get my car back missing parts, but not here.
Brought my car in to have a broken bolt replaced was quoted $40 got a call the next day saying it was done and it was $96, I told them that that was a pretty high jump and reminded them I was quoted $40 she said she would call me back which she did a short time later saying they could do it for $60 as they had done some adjustments. So I pick it up and paid th $60. A half block down the road things got screwy and long story short the adjustments they made was to flip my alternator belt inside out and loose. It is my opinion that they are very unprofessional and will do unauthorized work and charge you for it with no prior notice. Client beware!
I've taken my older cars here for the last year or so. A family-run shop with a polite, can-do attitude. They helped out with a few obscure problems with the car that other shops might not take the time for. Chip is ASE certified. The mechanics are hard-working and honest. I rarely write reviews, but I'd have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
Chip was awesome. Helped me out super fast when others in town had over-quoted me. Very thankful.
