Ended up being a great choice for fast affordable service while I was visiting from out of town and in a hurry to have my vehicle back. Brakes and pads replaced for average price, and when a slight noise came about later that day from exposed break shim rubbing on caliper, they were able to immediately take a look and resolve noise. Friendly customer service and very easy to talk to mechanic(not common in the industry). Would highly recommend Chad's Immediate Autocare!
We were coming back from the California coast, and had to stop in Grant's Pass due to a massive leak of antifreeze/water from an unknown spot. We had Chad's recommended to us by another auto shop (we had called 4 other shops and no one could take us immediately). We called and were told he could take care of us immediately. When we arrived, we were met with a handshake and "I'm sorry this happened to you guys". The man was so kind and honest. He gave us options, and the price was very fair! He was able to fix our issue in less than an hour, and recommended a school playground we could walk our young son to while we waited.
Fit me in when no other shops would at a great price and even helped zip tie my bumper for free without me even asking. 10/10 would recommend
