BEWARE! THEY ARE CROOKS!
THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. I SPENT CLOSE TO A THOUSAND DOLLARS WITH THESE FOLKS OVER THE YEAR AND THEN I SENT THEM AN ITEM TO CUSTOM MAKE. AFTER 2 WEEKS AND NO PHONE CALL, I CALLED THEM. I INFORMED THEM THAT I HADN'T HEARD ANYTHING AND THE SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER WHEN THEY HAD OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL. THE OPERATIONS MANAGER, COURTNEY, TOLD ME THAT SHE DID NOT LIKE THE WAY I SPOKE TO HER CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AND THEY REFUSED TO COMPLETE MY ORDER.WHAT????? I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER WAS ALWAYS RIGHT. THESE FOLKS ARE A JOKE. GET A NEW OPERATIONS MANGER...OH, FORGOT, CAN'T THAT'S FAMILY!!!
This company charged my credit card and I never had done business with them. I don't even own a motorcycle. They don't have a valid phone number either! I called the phone number listed and its not even them!
