Do not go here they are not good mechanics. They missed the problem with my truck and when I came back in for them to fix it they found the mistake and sent me to another shop. Got told I was all good to go, but I wasn't. If I wasn't watching them work on my vehicle they wouldn't have refilled my transfer case with iolite and it would have exploded. I say again do not go here
Stay the hell away from these people they suck and they do not know what they are doing came in for a clutch repair and then it left on a tow truck because it would not start !!!!!!!!!!DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Professional, friendly, fast, top-notch quality at a more than reasonable rate. These guys are my new all time favorite mechanics!
Great guys
RUN AWAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I dropped my 1994 Chevy Suburban off at TC's transmission on August 17th, 2016 to have my transmission rebuilt as it had no overdrive and no reverse. They returned it to me September 2nd, 2016 claiming that it had been fixed. The next day of having it home, the overdrive and reverse went out again. They took it back to their shop within another day or two. Then proceeded to have the truck until mid-December, 2016, claiming they were still trying to fix the truck. I tried calling the shop often to get updates on what was happening, and they consistently neglected to call me back. They also gave my truck to another auto shop in Grants Pass, trying to get someone else to fix the truck. TC's would tell me Jerry's Auto was going to reprogram the computer, so I called Jerry's, spoke to Skip, he said he had no idea what was wrong with the truck and couldn't get to it for a few weeks. Then the truck would go back to TC's. Eventually we picked up the truck in December, it would only work sometimes, took it in for an oil change and they reported many leaks in the TRANSMISSION!! Had another guy check it out in my town and he said they did a bad job overall, bolts missing, etc. Once he tried to tell them that, they refused to call him back also. Also we found wires dangling underneath the truck, and JB Weld on the Bell housing...On the freeway it wouldn't shift out of 3rd gear, sitting at high RPMs while going 60mph. Also when putting my foot on the gas peddle it wouldn't shift into 1st gear until a few seconds later, causing an abrupt jerking to jump into first gear. The truck only worked sometimes. Finally around the first week of January, on the way to the store, transmission fluid began dumping out of underneath the truck, leaving a long red trail down my road. I immediately parked the truck back at home and tried calling TC's to get a refund. It took over 1 week to get a hold of the owner, Ted. When they finally answered after calling many times in the morning, Ted, ended up threatening my fiance over the phone telling him, "you can come up here and I'll knock your teeth out." He refused to give us our money back and when we tried to go through the Better Business Bureau, he just lied and lied and lied the whole way through his sob story. DO NOT GO HERE. I ended up having another guy fix it AGAIN, he did a great job, confirmed the mistakes that TC made, but it cost me even more money. Now my truck runs great, no issues whatsoever, and magically my radio works again too (another strange mishap from TCs)...
